These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SHARNAGATI mobile application ("the App"), operated by Krish Mehra ("the Operator", "we", "us"). By creating an account and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SHARNAGATI is a devotional community application for members of an ISKCON congregation. It provides spiritual content, community features, event and fasting reminders, classes, tests, a personal health-records area, donation facilities, and related services. The App is offered free of charge to download and use.
You agree to use the App respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

Donations made through or facilitated by the App are voluntary contributions to the congregation and its activities. Payments are made directly via UPI; the App records the amount and your uploaded payment confirmation for verification and receipting purposes only. Donations are generally non-refundable. Please ensure details are correct before contributing. The App does not act as a payment gateway and does not store your banking credentials.
The Devotee Care feature lets you optionally store personal health-report files and maintain a health checklist. This feature is provided for your personal record-keeping and for pastoral care coordination by a designated administrator. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health decisions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, and you may delete it at any time.
Spiritual texts, classes, lectures, shlokas, and related materials in the App are provided for the devotional and educational benefit of the community. Such content may be subject to the rights of its original authors and publishers and is provided for personal, non-commercial use within the community.
By enabling notifications, you consent to receive push notifications such as reminders, class alerts, festival greetings, and account updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including through over-the-air updates, and may suspend the service for maintenance.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be free from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including in relation to donations, health-record storage, or community interactions.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the community or comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
