These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SHARNAGATI mobile application ("the App"), operated by Krish Mehra ("the Operator", "we", "us"). By creating an account and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

SHARNAGATI is a devotional community application for members of an ISKCON congregation. It provides spiritual content, community features, event and fasting reminders, classes, tests, and related services. The App is offered free of charge to download and use.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account, and keep it up to date.
• Accounts are subject to approval by community administrators. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion to maintain the integrity of the community.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for activity under your account.
• If you are a minor, you should use the App only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App respectfully and lawfully. You must not:

• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Misuse community features, impersonate others, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the App.
• Use the App in a way that harms other members or the community.

We may remove content or restrict access if these Terms are violated.

4. Spiritual Content

Spiritual texts, classes, lectures, shlokas, and related materials in the App are provided for the devotional and educational benefit of the community. Such content may be subject to the rights of its original authors and publishers and is provided for personal, non-commercial use within the community.

5. Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive push notifications such as reminders, class alerts, festival greetings, and account updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the App available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including through over-the-air updates, and may suspend the service for maintenance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including in relation to community interactions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the community or comply with law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
