How do I get an account?
Download the app and register with your details. New registrations are reviewed by our team before access is granted. This review is a safety measure to keep the community respectful and to protect members' information. If you have been waiting or need assistance, contact us at the email or phone number above and we will help.
My account is pending approval. What should I do?
Approval usually takes a short time. If your account has not been approved, please email or call us using the details above and we will review it for you.
I can't sign in. Can you help?
Yes. Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen to reset your password. If you still cannot sign in, contact us and we will assist you directly.
How do I report content or block another member?
In the community section ("Ask Question"), open the options menu on any post, reply, or message to Report it or Block the member. Reports go to our administrators, who review them and can remove content or remove a member's access. You can view and manage blocked members from the profile menu under "Blocked Users".
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app: open the profile menu and choose Delete Account. You may also email us to request deletion.
Does the app cost anything?
No. Sharnagati is completely free to download and use. There is no paid content and no subscription.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
We welcome feedback. Please email us with a description of the issue, and where possible the device you are using, and we will look into it.
